Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in New Jersey.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions for clients in a structured clinical setting.
• Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence.
