The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and engaging Evening Group Facilitator to join the Resilience Behavioral Health team in Union, NJ for our evening programming. This is a per-group role focused on leading structured group therapy sessions within a supportive, clinical environment. What You'll Do

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions as scheduled within the evening IOP program.
• Prepare and deliver structured, evidence-informed group content tailored to the needs of the client population.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each group session, including progress notes and attendance records.
• Complete all required reports in accordance with program, organizational, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and alignment with individual treatment goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field required.
