Job summary

Social Recovery Center in Springfield, NJ seeks a Group Facilitator for Evening (6:00-9:00 PM) sessions to lead IOP and PHP groups at our facility. Qualifications

• Experience in substance use treatment and mental health settings with focus on group facilitation.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with diverse populations.
• Ability to manage and engage group dynamics for cohesive environments.
• Licensure/certification preferred; supervisory opportunities possible.
• ACS/CCS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
