Job summary

Atlantic Health Strategies is seeking a skilled Group Facilitator to join Resilience Behavioral Health in Union, NJ. You will lead structured group therapy and psychoeducation for clients with co-occurring disorders within a trauma-informed, person-centered framework.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, an active NJ license, and prior experience facilitating co-occurring mental health and substance use groups.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in New Jersey.
• Experience facilitating group therapy for co-occurring disorders.
• Knowledge of CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychoeducation and skills-based group therapy sessions.
• Manage group dynamics with confidence and empathy.
• Apply evidence-based modalities in all sessions.
