Responsibilities

• Teach independent living skills and assist with/provide consumers with personal care.
• Arrange/provide transportation for consumers.
• Coordinate medical appointments and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Administer, monitor and record medication distribution.
• Ensure communication of medical follow-ups to staff and guardians.
• Train staff and provide necessary information for duties.
• Attend staff and consumer-related meetings.
• Handle and document financial transactions for consumer accounts.
