Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Ability to operate forklift, compactor, and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• SERVICE: Creates an environment that makes customers feel welcome, important and appreciated to build loyalty and ensure at-shelf availability, freshness, quality and value.
• LEADERSHIP: Promotes teamwork, communicates information, and sets goals for merchandising, sales and profits while ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
• FINANCIAL: Completes daily/weekly admin tasks, monitors inventory and pricing changes, and maintains stockroom standards and temperature logs where required.
• COMPLIANCE/SAFETY: Adheres to safety, food handling, sanitation standards and regulatory requirements including USDA, COOL and DOA; reports safety risks and ensures safe operations.
