The Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon, PA, is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the Geriatric and Extended Care service line to provide direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision.

Qualifications
- Six months of general experience
- One year of education above high school with courses related to nursing care
- Completion of a 4-year health-care related program
Responsibilities
- Care for patients/residents in various health care settings under RN/LPN supervision
- Monitor patient condition and document observations and responses
- Assist with activities of daily living and basic life support as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and report hazards
