Job summary

Qualifications

• Citizenship: U.S. citizen.
• English proficiency in spoken and written form as required.
• Six months of general experience or equivalent education.
• Experience or education demonstrating nursing assistant capabilities.
• Completion of a NA-related training program may meet experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of resident care and contribute to the treatment plan and recovery.
• Perform personal care activities: bathing, feeding, grooming, mobility assistance.
• Record vital signs, collect specimens, support diagnostic tests as directed.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with admission tasks, orient residents, and support nursing actions.
