Job summary

Homewood Living Williamsport is seeking a Full-Time Nursing Assistant for the Evening Shift. Provides activities of daily living care to residents under licensed supervision, maintains confidentiality, and assists with personal hygiene, feeding, and daily tasks.

Responsibilities include documenting observations, participating in care planning, and supporting resident nutrition and well-being in alignment with care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the state registry as Nursing Assistant within 120 days of employment.
• Ability to lift and transfer up to 30 pounds frequently throughout shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to communicate in English with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provides activities of daily living care to residents under licensed staff supervision.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information and follows policies.
• Assists with personal hygiene tasks and linen care.
• Encourages proper nutrition and assists with feeding when necessary.
• Performs resident treatments as assigned within nursing scope of practice.
• Documents resident information concisely and reports changes to the team Leader.
