Homewood Living Frederick is seeking a Nursing Assistant for night shift duties in a senior care setting. The role provides daily living support under licensed supervision, including hygiene, feeding assistance, and safe linen management.

Responsibilities include accurate record-keeping, participation in care planning, and executing resident transfers per the Lift Free Program. Candidates should be on the state nursing assistant registry within 120 days and possess strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nursing Assistant listed on the state registry within 120 days of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and transfer residents as per care plans.
• English speaking and writing skills sufficient for care plans and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provides activities of daily living care under licensed staff supervision.
• Performs personal hygiene assistance and linen service as needed.
• Assists with meal service and feeding when necessary.
• Records resident information accurately and reports changes promptly.
• Participates in resident care planning and lifting/transfer according to care plans.
