Job summary

Homewood Living Williamsport is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant to provide daily living activities for residents under licensed supervision. The role includes helping with hygiene, nutrition, and daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the state nursing assistant registry within 120 days of employment.
• Able to lift and transfer 30 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn during an 8-hour shift.
• Active motivated to work with geriatric residents.
• Ability to speak and read English to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provides activities of daily living care under licensed staff supervision.
• Treats resident information as confidential.
• Assists with personal hygiene, feeding, and linen care.
• Records resident information concisely and reports changes to supervisor.
• Participates in resident care planning and follows care plans.
