Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a controlled access facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings.
• Replace electrical components, patch walls, repair sinks and fixtures.
• Paint structures, replace floors, hang doors, and install locks as needed.
