Job summary

Salary Range: $27.53/per hour plus fringe benefit of $11.60/hr. ($8.60 H&W / $3.00 401k contribution)

Hours: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Wednesday to Sunday (8-hour shifts)

• Shift Differential: 4% (2nd shift) or 6% (3rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window

Job Description

Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. Work involves a variety of the following duties: Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors; using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings; repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets; painting structures and equipment; repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks; replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles; hanging doors and installing door locks; replacing broken window panes; and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
• Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
