Job summary

Cherokee Town & Country Club in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking an experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with event setups. Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general mechanical systems.
• Experience maintaining/commercial kitchen equipment preferred.
• HVAC licensing/certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine facility inspections.
• Complete general repairs including carpentry, drywall, painting, doors and fixtures.
• Safely operate hand and power tools for repairs.
• Assist with club/event setups and basic AV equipment.
