Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings.
• Work in trades: painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical.
• Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Patch holes in walls/ceilings; repair sinks, water coolers, toilets.
• Repair or replace concrete floors, doors, windows, tiles and related fixtures.
