Job summary

Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. is hiring a General Maintenance Worker to perform maintenance and repairs of equipment, office furniture and buildings at the Chamblee, GA site near the CDC Campus. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Hours are 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m. Monday–Friday, with potential shift differential for later hours. Benefits include medical, dental, life, retirement, disability insurance, plus holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred in warehouse or maintenance.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repairs of equipment, office furniture and buildings.
• Assists in installation of furniture and equipment, moves furniture and peripherals.
• Operates various warehouse forklifts and drives large and small trucks as needed.
• Requires painting, carpentry, and metal work knowledge.

Min. Yrs. Experience: 1 year (Previous warehouse experience is a plus)

Salary Range: $27.53/per hour plus fringe benefit of $11.60/hr. ($8.60 H&W / $3.00 401k contribution)

Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (8 hr. shift)

• Shift Differential: 4% (2nd shift) or 6% (3rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window

Job Description

Performs general maintenance and repairs of equipment, office furniture and buildings requiring practical skills and knowledge of painting and carpentry. Work involves a variety of the following duties: assisting in the installation of furniture, computer peripherals, furniture and equipment moving, and must be able to drive proficiently a large and small stake body and box truck. Must be able to lift heavy and medium objects. Must be able to drive carious types of warehouse forklifts. A good knowledge of painting, carpentry, and metal work.

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge Required

• Previous warehouse experience
• General maintenance of small commercial equipment

Requirements

• Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
