Job summary

FirstService Residential in Reno, NV is seeking a Full-time Gate Attendant to welcome residents and guests and deliver outstanding service in a community setting. The role requires excellent customer service, calm multitasking, and a valid driver’s license.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 1:00 pm–9:00 pm with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This position supports clubhouse operations, safety, and daily communications within the community, ensuring a welcoming experience for all residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, vendors and guests with outstanding service.
• Respond to phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Log daily activities and report incidents.
• Issue parking passes and manage clubhouse access.
• Perform opening/closing of clubhouse and pool areas.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures.
