Job summary

Resource Property Management is seeking a Gate/Concierge team member in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role focuses on friendly customer service, alert gate operations, and assisting residents in emergencies. You will coordinate guest arrivals, issue parking passes, and collaborate with the Property Manager and maintenance teams to ensure secure, smooth operations.

The position emphasizes daily logging, adherence to RPM procedures, and a proactive approach to safety and resident support.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, professional customer service as part of daily gate duties.
• Keep a log of all activities and report daily to the Community Association Manager.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance Team, and Gate Supervisor.

• Gate personnel will remain alert at all times and identify residents, guests, or vendors.
• Assist residents in emergency situations.
• Maintain daily activity logs and report to the Community Association Manager.
• Notify residents when guests arrive and issue guest parking passes with unit numbers.
• Work as a team with Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance Team, Gate Supervisor, etc.
• Safely perform essential job functions per RPM procedures and safety manuals.

• Gate personnel will remain alert at all times, ensure that all vehicles entering the property are identified as residents or bonafide guests or vendors.
• Assist residents in emergency situations.
• Keep a log of all activities and provide the same daily to the Community Association Manager. See the Gate Manual for more details.
• Notify residents when guests arrive, issue guest parking passes, with dates and unit number clearly identified.
• Work as a team with the Concierge, Property Manager, Maintenance Team, Gate Supervisor, etc.
• Safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with RPM's internal procedures and policies as well as all related employee handbooks and training/safety manuals.
