Job summary

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a schedule of 6am–2pm on Saturdays and Sundays. You will report to the Property Manager and collaborate with the Management Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gatehouse attendant must greet everyone approaching the visitor lane in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide informational assistance and direct traffic within the community.
• Record all traffic entering the property in the access control system (KWIC).
• Observe and communicate any actions, incidents, or information to Management Office / Security.
• Complete all paperwork to ensure reports are legible and in order.
