Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team in Arlington, VA. This full-time role supports patients and referring professionals by answering calls, scheduling appointments, greeting and registering patients, and handling payments in a friendly, professional manner.

The position includes a Tuesday through Saturday evening shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) and requires proactive communication with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients for imaging services; collect payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
• Coordinate with imaging technologists and patients regarding schedules and scanner status.
• Maintain front office and lobby area; manage supplies and appointments.
• Verify patient insurance and assist with pre-certifications and authorizations.
