RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate for a full-time, evening shift (1:30PM - 10:00PM) in Bellevue, WA. The role involves greeting patients, scheduling, registration, and coordinating with imaging staff to ensure a smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Field phone calls appropriately for Center Team Members.
• Act as liaison between imaging technologists and patients waiting for exams; relay messages regarding scanner status and other Clinic information.
• Maintain organization of the front office lobby area; straighten magazines and assist with general office cleanup.
• Push patient imaging via electronic interfaces; complete appointment confirmation calls and provide prep instructions.
• Fax/scan reports, billing information, and medical release forms as requested.
