Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet patients, schedule imaging appointments, and register patients with a friendly, professional demeanor. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. with one Saturday per month and offers DailyPay.

Our team shines by delivering compassionate service to patients and referring providers. You will answer phones, verify insurance, collect copays, and coordinate with imaging technologists to keep patient flow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls efficiently to center staff.
• Schedule and verify patient exams; coordinate referrals and authorizations.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations as needed.
• Assist with front office operations and maintain lobby organization.
• Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
