Stanbridge University is seeking a dependable Front Desk Receptionist and Test Proctor to support front desk operations, student services, and university testing activities. This role serves as the initial point of contact for students, applicants, visitors, faculty, and staff in a professional and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, reception, or admin support preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional first contact for students, applicants, visitors, faculty and staff.
• Manage front desk operations, answer calls, greet visitors and respond to inquiries.
• Proctor admissions, make-up exams per testing procedures.
• Maintain testing environment and ensure procedures are followed.
• Record and organize admissions data and documentation.
• Provide coverage for the main reception desk as needed.
