Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college/business coursework preferred.
• Experience with medical terminology preferred.
• Must read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares timecards and distributes to departments.
• Collates medical charts.
• Orders supplies per procedures and budget.
• Compiles reports and types general or technical material.
• Maintains current residents list with names and rooms; maintains contact lists and extensions.
• Coordinates mail flows to the facility.
• Ensures residents and families receive high-quality service in a caring atmosphere.
• Performs other duties as requested.
