Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors. This part-time role runs 4 PM–8 PM, with duties including answering calls, directing messages, and greeting visitors with exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years of healthcare experience, and strong computer/MS Office skills. Reliable transportation is preferred for this in-person position.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, upbeat, organized with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Take and deliver messages to personnel.
• Answer questions for callers about the organization.
• Welcome on-site visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other administrative or clerical duties as needed.
