Pennsburg Manor is seeking a part-time evening and weekend receptionist to join our care-focused team in Pennsburg, PA. You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, handling calls, greeting guests, and managing mail and records with professionalism and warmth.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. Benefits include health coverage, 401K, PTO and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure safety and well-being of patients and visitors.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
