Livingston Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hudson, NY is actively seeking an evening Receptionist (3pm–9pm) for our 120-bed skilled nursing facility. Some weekend/holiday shifts will be required.

In this on-site role, you will greet visitors, answer calls, manage paging, and perform clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality of residents. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, excellent communication, and strong computer skills, plus a positive, organized, team-focused

Responsibilities

• Observe front-desk protocols for all visitors and guests.
• Answer and redirect phone calls professionally.
• Operate paging/telephone system as required.
• Sort mail, file, order supplies, and assist with other duties.
• Be familiar with established emergency procedures.
• Keep reception area neat and visitor-ready.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
