Job summary

Berkeley Springs Healthcare Center is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to greet callers and visitors, route inquiries, and support the front desk with administrative tasks in a healthcare setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior receptionist experience, with a preference for healthcare exposure. The position offers Friday and Saturday evenings from 2pm to 10pm and pays $13/hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist experience required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate person or department.
• Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable.
• Operate paging/telephone system as required.
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
• Participate in training and orientation programs to maintain licensure of self and certification of team and enhance quality of care.
• Maintain and work within established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
