Job summary

Asbury Inn & Suites is seeking a part-time Front Desk team member to support guest services in the evenings 3-11pm, with rotating weekend shifts. You will handle reservations, check-ins/outs, cash handling, and guest communications while representing the Seminary hospitality standards.

Qualifications include strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to learn SkyTouch reservation software. Some holiday availability is expected. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide quality customer service and maintain hospitality.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and handle cash drawer procedures.
• Knowledge of reservation software (SkyTouch) and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage reservations and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
• Process payments, issue key cards, and record guest stays.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues during shifts.
• Operate shuttle coordination and provide directions to ATS locations.
• Maintain lobby security and serve as a front desk ambassador for the Seminary.
