Eastway Health & Rehabilitation in Louisville seeks a friendly Receptionist to welcome visitors and support daily administrative tasks on the evening shift. You will be the face of our facility, delivering excellent service and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling multi-line calls, directing inquiries, taking messages, escorting visitors, and assisting with basic office duties to maintain a welcoming, compliant setting for residents

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in a relevant field
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism coupled with speed and attention to detail
• Proficient in the English language
• High school degree

Responsibilities

• Greet the public in an inviting and friendly manner
• Offer refreshments and engage in light conversation
• Direct callers to the appropriate person or department
• Take accurate messages and route them accordingly
• Escort visitors to resident rooms or other areas
• Provide general information and directions about the facility
• Ensure compliance with rules and report suspicious activities
• Assist in orienting new associates
• Perform various administrative support tasks
