You will handle calls, coordinate appointments, manage sign-in procedures, and maintain a tidy reception area while upholding HIPAA privacy standards. No clinical duties are involved. This is a 5-day schedule with weekend work and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, families, hospitals, vendors, and partners.
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries using a multi-line system.
• Assist hospitals and referral partners by routing calls and information.
• Maintain visitor sign-in and building access procedures.
• Notify staff of arrivals and coordinate communication as needed.
• Handle mail, deliveries, and general correspondence.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations.
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Provide general clerical support and ensure HIPAA confidentiality.
