Spring Arbor Senior Living - Apex is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors in our community.

This part-time, 1st shift position earns $16.00/hr with every-other weekend and weekday evenings. Requirements include 1+ year of receptionist experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office; a criminal background check and drug-free workplace policy are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year receptionist experience in a professional business environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Comfort with office equipment such as copy machines, calculators, and multi-line phone systems.
• Must pass a criminal background screening.
• Must comply with drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents, families, and vendors to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer phones, take messages, and direct visitors appropriately.
• Handle daily mail, courier services, and packages.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Submit resident maintenance requests via Work Order system.
