Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort in St. Thomas seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to support daily front desk operations and guest services. This role supervises staff, enforces policies, and maintains service standards during the evening shift, ensuring a Manager On-Duty presence.

The ideal candidate will bring prior front office supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and solid computer and cash-handling abilities to contribute to a premium guest experience at the resort.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
• Prior cash handling experience necessary
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Computer experience required

Responsabilités

• Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensure the highest level of guest service.
• Help manage staff and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
• Work primarily the evening shift to ensure a Manager On-Duty in the evening.
• Be a key player in the success of the property as Assistant Front Office Manager.
