Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Use technology to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Manage check-in, check-out, and billing with accuracy and care.
• Handle sensitive guest information, including room assignments and payment transactions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and in-service requirements.
• Support front desk operations: answer main phone lines, respond to GXP, and track GSS & TripAdvisor scores.
