Qualifications

• 2+ years housekeeping experience.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and squat/bend.
• Knowledge of computer programs and multitasking ability.
• Leadership and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and vendors.
• Able to communicate with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean guest rooms, apartments, and rental homes for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of common spaces and ensure sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and organization of housekeeping items.
• Respond to guest needs and requests promptly.
• Support hospitality operations and coordinate with department heads as needed.
• Uphold APN standards of quality and service.
