Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with hospitality and provide service from arrival to departure.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Answer calls and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and questions about the resort.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create positive guest experiences.
• Promote hotel amenities, upgrades, and special offers when appropriate.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments.
• Complete end-of-shift reports, bucket checks, and required documentation.
• Maintain brand standards while delivering personalized service.
