Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting residents with transportation and information requests, coordinating reservations, handling mail, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Welcome all guests and assist with sign-in procedures.
• Assist residents with transportation, reservations, and general information.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Respond to emergency situations and act as point of contact.
• Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure safety and promote a positive environment.
• Receive mail and packages and distribute them promptly.
