Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Wichita is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the 3pm–11pm shift. You will handle check-ins/outs, answer reservations, and respond to guest inquiries while upholding Lexima/Brand policies. Strong communication and cash handling skills are essential.

The role requires English fluency, ability to work weekends/holidays, and a focus on delivering courteous, efficient service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience handling cash, accounting procedures and general administrative tasks.
• Must assimilate complex information from disparate sources and adapt to constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Respond to guests' requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents with follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities and area information.
• Ensure delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests.
• Follow Lexima/Brand credit policies and hotel procedures.
• Operate front desk computer system and manage reservations as needed.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction surveys and maintain front office organization.
