Economy Hotel in Wichita seeks a reliable Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and provide a welcoming experience during evening and overnight hours.

You will handle payments, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records while ensuring policies are followed. Must be willing to work evenings/overnights and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and efficiently process check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage room reservations, changes, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations promptly and professionally.
• Process payments, verify billing information, and resolve discrepancies.
• Issue and manage room keys.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Respond to guest issues and elevate concerns to management when necessary.
• Anticipate guest needs to ensure a positive experience.
