Job summary

Staybridge Suites in Wichita is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests from check-in through check-out. The role handles reservations and inquiries during the shift, and promotes Brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The position is part-time, with a 3pm–11pm schedule. Weekend and holiday availability, a valid driver's license, and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality management emphasis degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality settings preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience handling cash and basic accounting procedures.
• Able to assimilate complex information and data.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly manner.
• Respond to guest requests, complaints, and inquiries; follow up for satisfaction.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and area attractions.
• Maintain front desk and related areas in a clean and organized state.
