Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our patient-centered team. This part-time role (20 hours/week) runs Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00am–5:00pm, with duties including greeting patients, registering, scheduling, and answering phones.

You will coordinate with imaging staff, verify insurance, collect copays, and help with billing paperwork. The position offers DailyPay and opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect payments and copays.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate with imaging staff and relay messages about exam status.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and pre-authorizations; assist with scheduling and referrals.
