Job summary

Staybridge Suites Allentown West is seeking a mature, reliable front desk associate. The role is part-time, primarily 3 pm – 11 pm, with weekend and holiday shifts as needed. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, handling reservations, cash and card transactions, and delivering courteous service.

You will also assist guests with special requests and support housekeeping when necessary, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests in a professional setting.

• Must be mature and reliable with strong customer service skills.
• Open availability and a professional appearance required.
• Part-time position, primarily 3 pm–11 pm, weekends and holidays based on hotel needs.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and assign rooms.
