Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist for Cumberland Hall Hospital in Hopkinsville, KY. This full-time, 30-hour per week evening-shift role involves greeting patients, handling calls, and supporting front-desk operations.

Responsibilities include processing admissions, maintaining records, and ensuring a secure, welcoming environment. Experience in healthcare/front-desk is preferred, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations in customer-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional, courteous manner.
• Answer calls, route them properly, and manage mail with confidentiality.
• Assist patient intake by collecting IDs, insurance information, and completing safety checks.
• Maintain reception and lobby organization and inventory of supplies.
• Prepare patient charts, update logs, and communicate admissions/discharges.
