Cumberland Hall Hospital is seeking a Receptionist for a full‑time 30‑hour/week evening shift in Hopkinsville, KY. The role focuses on greeting patients and visitors, answering calls, handling mail, and supporting intake and daily front‑desk operations within a behavioral health setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (associates or bachelor’s in a related field preferred) and experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
• Handling calls, mail, and confidentiality with professionalism.
• Initiating patient intake, collecting IDs and insurance information, and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a welcoming and secure front‑desk environment.
• Answer incoming calls promptly, route calls appropriately, and process mail while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support patient intake by initiating paperwork and collecting identification and insurance information, plus safety checks.
• Maintain organization and inventory of reception and lobby areas, including supplies and daily materials.
• Prepare patient charts, update logs, distribute census reports, and communicate admission/discharge information.
