Job summary

Staybridge Suites Wichita is seeking a Front Desk Agent for a part-time 3pm-11pm shift. You will provide attentive, courteous service to guests before and during their stay, handling check-ins/outs, inquiries, and requests with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Knowledge of Lexima/Brand policies and strong cash handling experience are a plus. This role requires English fluency, a high school diploma, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Hospitality/Hotel Management background preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and basic accounting is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests from arrival throughout stay.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Respond to guest requests, issues and inquiries with follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, area information and amenities.
• Ensure delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests.
