Job summary

Chick-fil-A Bridgewater Falls in Ohio is seeking a Front Counter Assistant Closing Manager to lead the front-of-house team during the closing shift, deliver warm hospitality, supervise daily tasks, and ensure the restaurant is properly closed and prepared for the next day.

You will coach teammates, model Chick-fil-A standards, and collaborate with kitchen and leadership to maintain safety, quality, and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for 2:00 PM–11:00 PM.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Front Counter team during the closing shift.
• Set clear expectations and assign positions based on business needs.
• Train and develop Front of House Team Members.
• Provide real-time feedback, encouragement, and accountability.
• Lead by example through a positive attitude, strong work ethic, hospitality, and professionalism.
• Help create a culture where Team Members feel valued, supported, and motivated to perform at their best.
