Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is seeking a Forklift Driver to join our Production/Warehouse team in Indianapolis. You will ensure accurate inventory placement and support efficient distribution flow during 3:00pm–11:30pm shifts with mandatory OT.

Responsibilities include put-away, counting, and replenishment per system directions, plus collaboration with Inventory Control to resolve issues and improve processes for on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners; lift equipment knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately put away, count, or replenish products per system direction.
• Follow Standard Work Instructions to mitigate loss.
• Partner with Inventory Control to resolve issues.
• Improve processes for timely product delivery.
• Operate power equipment safely and proficiently.
• Assist in slotting changes to optimize picking and space.
• Occasionally assist Facilities with moving boxes.
