Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A Varsity Brands company, on-site in Indianapolis, seeks a Forklift Driver to manage inventory and optimize distribution flow. You will ensure accurate placement and counting, follow standard work, and support a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

The role requires experience with WMS, RF scanners, and SAP in some capacities, with overtime and occasional weekend shifts included. Bilingual skills are a bonus, and a strong attention to detail is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Accurately put away, count, or replenish products per system directions.
• Follow Standard Work Instruction to mitigate loss.
• Assist Inventory Control to resolve inventory and order issues.
• Improve processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
• Operate power equipment safely and proficiently.
• Assist in slotting changes to optimize picking efficiency and space utilization.
• Occasionally assist Facilities with movement of boxes.
