Job summary

Expeditors International seeks a warehouse associate in the Minnesota area. The role supports loading/unloading freight, scanning and tracking shipments, and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills are required to thrive in a fast-paced setting. You will work from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for bonus after initial employment period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum direct experience in a similar position: 6.
• Able to read, count, do simple math and write legibly.

Responsibilities

• Load trailers and ocean containers safely and efficiently.
• Receive freight and verify against manifests and documents.
• Use scanning equipment for inventory and receiving tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
• Communicate volumes and capacity needs with product teams.
• Maximize warehouse space usage and layout.
• Assist in distribution and pick/pack operations.
