Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a warehouse associate in Minnesota to join our team. The role involves loading/unloading freight, using scanning devices, and maintaining an efficient and safe work area in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Proficiency with Outlook and Excel is a plus, with forklift certification available after hire.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, count accurately, and perform basic math operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with email and basic computer software (Outlook, Excel).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load trailers and containers safely using provided tools and equipment.
• Unloads, receives, and verifies freight against manifests and documents.
• Utilize scanning equipment for inventory and receiving tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure work area; maximize space.
• Coordinate with product teams on volumes and capacity; assist distribution.
